Yes. You can do partial cancellation of subscription. You can remove any number of devices under a particular subscription by calling the customer care helpline number. Your subscription amount for the remaining devices will get revised from the next billing cycle onwards

If your account gets deactivated due to non-payment of dues, the device will stop working and the service will stop immediately. You won't be able to see live feed or receive intelligent alerts and you will also lose your video history.

Please recharge your account to unlock your camera. If you have paid the subscription amount and the camera is still locked, please reach out to our customer care team.

For installing multiple cameras in different locations, you need to purchase multiple Tata Play Secure subscriptions

If you purchase multiple cameras at the time of purchase of new Tata Play Secure subscription, it will be considered as multiple cameras under single Tata Play Secure subscription upto the maximum of 6 cameras and subscription charges will vary as per the camera count

If you purchase multiple cameras over different point of time it will be treated as different Tata Play Secure subscription every time you make a purchase and the subscription charges will vary accordingly depending on the cameras purchased with every new Secure subscription
