Do not respond to fraudulent SMSs or Calls

  • Beware of Online/ Tele Calling Frauds using Mobile Numbers similar to Tata Play’s Toll Free Number
  • Beware of calls/SMS/emails/WhatsApp messages from unauthorized sources asking you to click on links, download apps, or recharge your account. These can be scams to defraud you. If you receive such communication, please report immediately by calling 1930.
  • Tata Play or its executives will not ask for any confidential information like password, PIN, OTP, PAN, Aadhaar Card, Bank details etc. Please do not share such details.
  • Tata Play or its executives shall not accept any liability in lieu of fraud committed through fake numbers.
