Yes. To set up and configure the CCTV Camera in the mobile app, you need to be connected to the broadband internet with a minimum speed of 1.5 MBPS.

Your Camera supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks only. It will not work on 5 GHz networks. If you have a dual band router (with both 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks), please check that you’re connecting to the 2.4 GHz network. If not, please contact your Internet Service Provider for support.

Yes. You can install a MicroSD card upto 32 GB in your Camera for continuous recording of the footage or for recording the Event Video Clips without a working Wi-fi connection.

However, to get the best experience, it’s advised that you keep your Camera connected to the broadband internet to access live stream and receive event notifications. When your Camera is offline, you will not be able to connect to the Camera via app, access live stream or get alerts regarding sound/motion detection.

Yes. The Camera always requires to be connected to a power source.

If you delete/remove a camera in the app, the associated events will remain available in the cloud for the standard 7-day duration.
