However, to access smart features like Intelligent Alerts, Familiar Face Recognition, extended Event Video history and call centre support, you will need an active Tata Play Secure+ Service.
Yes. To set up and configure the CCTV Camera in the Mobile App, you need to be connected to the internet with a minimum speed of 2 MBPS.
Your Camera supports 2.4 GHz/ 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks.
Yes. The Camera automatically stores up to 1 hour of recorded events in its local memory during wi-fi or power outage.
However, to get the best experience, it’s advised that you keep your Camera connected to broadband/internet to access live stream and receive event notifications. When your Camera is offline, you will not be able to connect to the Camera via app, access live stream or get alerts.
No. The Camera is battery operated and does not require a constant power source. However, based on the usage, it should be connected to a power source for charging.
When you remove your camera, it gets disconnected from your account. Once removed, it will no longer appear in the app, so you won’t be able to control it, watch its video stream or change settings. This also deletes everything from its video history in the app.
