Motu Patlu Contest: Subscribe and Win.

Please read these Terms & Conditions before entering the contest to be hosted by Tata Play Limited (”Tata Play”) for all Eligible Subscriber(s) only as set out herein below. These Terms and Conditions govern contest.

Participation in Contest is purely voluntary and at the sole discretion of the Eligible Subscriber participating in contest. By participating in contest, Eligible Subscriber agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions including any amendments and modifications hereto, subject to the terms and conditions of Tata Play’s Platforms governing contest or participation of participants and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements set out hereinbelow.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligible Subscriber(s):
    1. Tata Play Subscriber(s) who have an active account status in relation to Tata Play’s  DTH services and who are Indian citizens of 18 years of age or above at the time of participating in The contest.
    2. Tata Play Subscriber(s) currently not subscribed to any of the following:
      • Nick.
      • Tata Play Kids Add On pack.

      (Hereinafter referred to as “Channel/Pack”)

    3. Tata Play Subscriber(s) will have to add the Channel/Pack to their Tata Play subscription by going to the Tata Play Mobile App and, clicking on the Button Add pack. Only then the subscriber will be enrolled for the lucky draw.
    4. After adding Channel/Pack, the Tata Play Subscriber(s) needs to be subscribed to them for a minimum duration of 1week.
  2. The contest Period: The contest will run for a period of 1 weeks starting 22nd April 2024 to 28th April, 2024. 5 winners will be selected from the Eligible Subscribers on a lucky draw basis at the end of the contest. Total 5 winners will stand a chance to win the contest.
  3. Selection of Winners via Lucky draw shall be done, in a transparent and non-discriminatory manner as per the set process of Tata Play at its sole discretion, and the final list of Winners will be sent the goodies. In the event the Winner is not available and/or Tata Play cannot contact the Winner, Tata Play would select the next Winner as per the set process.
  4. A Tata Play Subscriber will become ineligible for the offer in the below mentioned events:
    • If subscriber drops the channel/pack before completion of 1 week
    • If subscriber becomes inactive on Tata Play platform due to low balance in Tata Play wallet
    • If subscriber terminates their Tata Play account
    • If subscriber is bound by any contract or agreement that would not permit them from participating in the contest.
    • If subscriber is a minor
    • If subscriber is a person with criminal convictions
  5. Tata Play shall not be responsible in any manner for contest.
  6. Contest can be availed Only ONCE for a particular subscriber ID.
  7. Contest is valid from 22nd April, 2024 to 28th April, 2024.
  8. Tata Play reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part the contest or to withdraw it completely.
  9. By availing and/or participating in the contest, you hereby agree to comply with these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless, Tata Play and its respective affiliates, advertising, and promotion agencies, and all its respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from your or any third party’s use (or misuse) of The contest.
  10. You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to the contest shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
  11. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms & Conditions of the Subscription Contract and if there are any inconsistencies between the two, these terms and conditions shall govern for the limited purpose as specified herein. These terms and conditions shall not constitute a modification or waiver of any other provision of the Subscription Contract. Terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Subscription Contract
  12. By Participating, you agree that Tata Play assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line-failure, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Tata Play and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agencies shall not be responsible for: (a) any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, hardware or other computer or communication related malfunctions etc.; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled, distorted, or damaged transmission of entries or failure of any Entry to be received by Tata Play on account of any technical problems or traffic congestion on telecommunication service provider’s network / system, the Internet or at any web site, or any combination of them, including any injury or damage to any Participant’s or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any content or material for Offer; (c) any disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Tata Play; (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with The contest.
