Tata Sky offers 5 months of free viewing

Launches convenient recharge options

Mumbai, June 13 2007: Tata Sky Ltd., the joint venture from TATA and STAR, today announced a special promotional offer ‘1pe3 2pe5’ across India. Consumers, who purchase Tata Sky by 23rd July, 2007, can get upto 5 months of free subscription of the top-end subscription package. The offer entails 3 months free subscription on the purchase of one connection and 5 months free subscription per connection, on the purchase of two or more connections. Existing Tata Sky subscribers can also avail this offer. The top-end package, Jumbo Super Saver Pack, comprises 99 Hindi, English, Regional and Sports channels along with 6 interactive services (ActveTM Sports, ActveTM Games, ActveTM Wizkids, ActveTM Newsroom, ActveTM Khabar and ActveTM STAR News) and is priced at Rs. 300 pm.

Tata Sky has also introduced online recharge options to enhance subscriber convenience. Subscribers can now pay for their subscription on www.tatasky.com through their credit card/net banking accounts. The online payment option also offers the flexibility of paying for an entire year’s subscription at a single go.

In addition to the Super Saver Pack, Tata Sky recently introduced three new channel packages - the Starter Pack, the Super Value Pack and the Western Pack. The Starter Pack, available for Rs. 160 pm, comprises 39 channels including ESPN and STAR Sports along with 2 interactive services (ActveTM Wizkids and ActveTM Games). The Super Value Pack, available for Rs. 250 pm, comprises 76 channels including all popular Hindi, Regional and Sports channels along with 4 interactive services (ActveTM Khabar, ActveTM STAR News, ActveTM Wizkids and ActveTM Games). The Western Pack is priced at Rs. 250 pm and spans over 71 channels covering all English, Regional and Sports channels along with 3 interactive services (ActveTM Newsroom, ActveTM Wizkids and ActveTM Games).
