    Just download the Netflix app on your Tata Play Binge set-top box and follow the on-screen instructions to log in or create an account. Here are the details:

    To activate Netflix on your Tata Play connection, follow these steps:

    1. Ensure Eligibility
      • Check if your Tata Play plan includes Netflix or if you need to upgrade to a Netflix Combo Plan. You can do this via the Tata Play website or app.
    2. Log in to Tata Play Account
      • Visit the Tata Play website or open the Tata Play mobile app.
      • Log in using your registered mobile number or subscriber ID.
    3. Choose a Netflix Combo Plan
      • Navigate to the "Packs & Plans" section.
      • Select a Netflix Combo Plan that suits your needs.
    4. ​​​​​​​Activate Netflix​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
      • ​​​​​​​Once you subscribe to a Netflix Combo Plan, you'll receive an activation link via SMS or email on your registered contact details.
      • Click the link and log in to your existing Netflix account or create a new one.
    5. Set Up Netflix on Devices
      • ​​​​​​​After activation, use your Netflix credentials to log in on any compatible device (smart TV, mobile app, laptop, etc.).
    6. Start Streaming
      • ​​​​​​​You can now access Netflix through your Tata Play Set-Top Box (if supported) or directly via the Netflix app on your devices.

  • What are the various ways to launch Netflix if I am using a Binge+ Android Set Top Box?

    There are multiple ways to launch Netflix on your Binge+ Android Set Top Box. Some of them are:

    • Open using a promotional banner showcasing Netflix content
    • Tuning to Channel 888 via the guide
    • Pressing the Netflix button on the Binge+ remote control
  • I am looking for my ESN no. for troubleshooting, where can I find it on my Set Top Box (Android/HD/SD)?

    The ESN Number will be visible only on the Binge+ Android STB Under the below mentioned 2 menus (and not on HD/SD/PVR STBs)

    1. Home->Android Settings->Device Preferences->About -> Netflix ESN
    2. Home->User Preferences->System Settings ->System Details (Last Page): Netflix ESN
  • I am already subscribed to Netflix through the Netflix website or another partner. What happens to my remaining Netflix subscription if I switch to Tata Play Netflix Combos?

    You can choose whether to watch Netflix through your existing account or another account during Netflix activation post subscribing to Tata Play Netflix Combos.

    In case you choose to watch on an existing active Netflix account, please note that your Netflix account subscription will align with the day on which you subscribed to the Tata Play Netflix Combo. To understand how the remaining subscription period of your existing Netflix account would be handled, kindly get in touch with Netflix support.

  • I am subscribed to a Tata Play Netflix Combo, the info screen says that my account is inactive due to insufficient balance. However, I have enough balance to watch just the TV Channels or Netflix, why can't I watch?

    Tata Play Combos are a monthly recharging pack and cannot be broken down into individual components. To start watching, kindly recharge with your account's monthly recharge amount.

  • Am I allowed to opt for Binge Netflix Combo pack on my secondary connection (if I am on MultiTV Mirror = No)

    No, you will not be allowed to add Binge Combo Plan on your secondary box.
