Tata Play Binge is an OTT app from Tata Play, currently available on Mobile, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Binge+ Set Top Box ( for DTH customers), Smart TV, iPAD, Web(tataplaybinge.com). It is available for everyone - Tata Play DTH as well as Non-Tata Play Subscribers. Customers can watch content from 30+ premium OTT apps under one subscription of Tata Play Binge. This gives access to host of OTT content like latest Bollywood/Hollywood/Regional movies, Best of English & Hindi TV series from premium apps such as Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar, ZEE5, Lionsgate Play and many more

You can login into 4 Devices with Mega and Super plan - Mobile, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Binge+ Set Top Box, Website, Smart TV, iPAD.

Tata Play Binge app is now available on following platforms – Mobile, Website(laptop), Smart TV, Amazon Fire TV Stick, iPAD. Even if you don’t have a Tata Play DTH connection, you can access Tata Play Binge on the above-mentioned devices by downloading Tata Play Binge app and signing in with mobile number and OTP. You can watch free content or subscribe to paid plans to watch premium content

Watch concurrency for partner apps will depend on the rules set up by partner.

If you are a new Binge subscriber, then you can watch content on Tata Play Binge Mobile app as per below plans:

• Binge Flexi Lite (₹ 199 per month): Choose any 4 OTT apps. Amazon Prime video is not part of this plan.

• Binge Flexi Plus (₹ 249 per month): Choose any 6 OTT apps

• Binge Mega (₹ 349 per month): All apps

You can login on up to any 4 devices – mobile, web, iPAD, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Binge+ Set Top Box, Smart TV

If you are an existing Binge subscriber, already with Flexi lite, Flexi plus or Mega plan (Rs. 199 or Rs.249 or Rs.349) Mega or Super plan (Rs 299 or Rs 399 per month), then there is no extra cost for accessing your current Tata Play Binge Subscription through mobile app. Content outside of Tata Play Binge, on Amazon Fire TV Stick or Binge+ Set Top Box is subject to individual subscription to the respective video streaming apps.

Tata Play Binge app is available for all customers on Android as well as iOS mobile devices. One subscription of Tata Play Binge gives you access to premium OTT content from 30+ apps. Here are details of available subscription plans for Tata Play Binge

No, you don’t need to be an active Tata Play subscriber to watch the content on Binge Mobile App. You can login with your mobile number, and start watching content for free or subscribe to paid plans to watch premium content

If you have Tata Play Subscription, you can login using registered mobile number with OTP. If you are a Non-Tata Play subscriber, you can login with your mobile number, and start watching content for free or subscribe to paid plans to watch premium content

Password is not required, you can login using OTP that you will receive on registered mobile number

At the time of signing up for Tata Play Binge app with your registered mobile number, you will be asked to select your subscriber id

Yes, you can find content filtered based on genres, language & partner app by means of the following rails

Tata Play Binge also recommends movies, TV shows or shorts to you based on new movies, or content you might be interested in, based on your past content viewing preferences.

Yes, you can click on the voice search icon and start saying the name of the content you want to consume on the app and results will be basis your voice search

Click on the top left button on the home page to access the menu. Select the Binge list option to access your watch listed titles. You can add any content to the watchlist by selecting “Add to Binge List” Option below the content title. Content added to Watchlist can be accessed from any device under the subscription.

Yes, on Program Information screen, you will find a WhatsApp icon, which lets you share directly through WhatsApp. You can also use Share Icon to share using other modes. Only Subscriber with current Tata Play Binge Subscription can access the shared content.

For Zee5 app content, once you click on any content and land on program information screen, you will see play CTA and that opens the Zee5 PWA interface inside Binge app and the content playback starts on the Zee5 PWA interface. Once you click back on the device, you will land on the Binge screen

For Disney+ Hotstar app content, once you click on any content and land on program information screen, you will see play CTA and pop up to download the Disney+ Hotstar app, incase already not installed. Once you click OK, you will be taken to the download page on the play store to download the app. Post language selection you will land on the home page. You will need to login to the Disney+ Hotstar app using Tata Play RMN to play the content. In case you have Disney+ Hotstar app already installed and logged in using Tata Play RMN, then can play the content from Program Information Screen. For iOS users, the Hotstar app version should be v10.32 for seamless viewing experience.

For all the other apps, once you click on play on any of the content, content playback starts inside Binge app. The content playback starts in a portrait mode. You can also view in the full screen mode.

You cannot access content on individual apps directly with this subscription. Access is allowed only via the Tata Play Binge app. The only exception to this is Disney+ Hotstar, where you need to download and login with your Tata Play Registered Mobile Number to access Disney+ Hotstar.

No, currently you will need to be connected to internet to view content on app or on your TV screen. There is no download feature available. You can use Watchlist feature to save your favourite videos at one place to view later.

Currently, Cast/Airplay is not available on Tata Play Binge Mobile App

You can modify your subscription anytime. Subscription changes will happen as per prevailing plan change guidelines. Below are the currently applicable plan change guidelines:

• • Subscription Upgrade: You can upgrade to your subscription anytime and upgrade will be effective immediately from the day of request
• • Subscription Downgrade: You can downgrade your subscription starting from 5 days before the current pack expiry date or once the pack has expired. Downgrade will be effective post the expiry of current plan

You can cancel your subscription anytime however cancellation will be effective post the expiry of your monthly active plan.

You can cancel the Binge Subscription through Binge Mobile app or Tata Play Customer case on WhatsApp. You can also call Tata Play call centre to cancel your Tata Play Binge subscription

In case you go de-active post end of your current billing cycle, your Tata Play Binge pack will not be renewed until you recharge your Tata Play wallet

You can subscribe Binge plan (all device) via Smart TV or via mobile/TP.com platform

After downloading and login in on Binge on Smart TV, when you click on subscribe button or on any premium content, you will be shown paid plans. After plan selection you will be shown the QR code to complete the payment on the Mobile web browser. Scan the QR code from your mobile and follow the steps to subscribe.

You can take a Fiber Binge bundled plan from Tata Play Fiber website. Currently Tata Play Fiber Binge bundled plan is available only for 3-, 6- and 12-months plan. If you are existing Binge only customer, then Binge subscription will be cancelled immediately, and the bundled plan will get started instantly. The prorated amount will be forfeited.

If you are Fiber only customer, then your Fiber only plan will be upgraded to bundled plan and remaining amount from the older plan will be adjusted.
